Mable is one of the very first bears made in a version of our brand new design drafted in October 2017. This design has a totally new head shape with a gorgeously chunky muzzle and massive hand-embroidered nose reminiscent of our very early designs from the late 1990s.   

Mable is made in a combination of our own hand-dyed curlylocks mohair  - ivory with pink tips for her head and limbs, and solid pink for her ears and body. She looks out through black glass eyes and her nose is hand-embroidered in an pale pink coloured DMC perle cotton. She is fully T-pin jointed and stuffed with a combination of polyfill and glass shot. Mable has larger limbs and features hand-pulled 3D finger and toe detailing. Her nose, eyes, fingers and toes have been shaded with silvery-grey silk dye and acylics. 

Mable wears a fully removable pink lace shawl held in place with a pale pink rose clip, and comes with her fully removable gold spectacles that sit nicely on the bridge of her nose. 

Mable is a one of a kind artist bear.
