Lula - 16" naturally hand-dyed mohair and alpaca Artist Bear by Emma's Bears - OOAK

Lula is such a pretty little thing. She is also quite an unusual little lady as her mohair and alpaca fur has been hand-dyed using natural pigments from avocado! The result is a stunning dusky pink colouring that couldn't be lovelier. She has also been named after a variety of Avocado, thanks to the wonderful name suggestions on our facebook page!

We have used the hand-dyed curly mohair/viscose blend fur for her head, chest and paw pad detailing, and the alpaca for her limbs. For a little contrast, we've also added some white curly kid mohair for her belly and ears. 

Lula looks out through a pair of our big hand painted glass eyes with hand-sculpted eyelids and eyelashes. Her nose is hand embroidered in a DMC perle cotton and features some chocolatey Inktense shading. We've also given her hints of Inktense blush on her cheeks, ears, chest and paws as well.

She is fully T-pin jointed and stuffed with polyfill and steel shot to give her a surprising bit of weight. She has our 'peek-a-boo' style 3D sculpted toes and fingers. 

Lula wears a simple, elegant butterfly pendant around her neck in matching dusky colourings, and a cute pink bow by both of her ears (fully removable).

 She is a one of a kind artist bear.
