Lady Lilith - 22IN hand dyed mohair and alpaca bear by Emmas Bears - OOAK
By Emma and Mark Nicholson
This lovely big bear is 'Lady Lilith'. She has been made from two pieces of our hand-dyed mohair - one is a pretty blend of pinks and purples in pastel and slightly deeper tones, while the other has just the slightest hint of pink blushing to the pile. Lilith also has long pile alpaca on her cheeks.
Lady Lilith is fully T-pin jointed - firmly enough that she can stand upright, but is a little unstable and would be best supported against a wall if you'd like her to be displayed standing. She looks out through big black glass eyes and has a hand embroidered lilac perle cotton nose. Her paw pads are velvetty cropped mohair and we've kept them nice and simple with just pulled fingers on her hands, and embroidered claws on her feet (to keep her pads flat for standing).
Lady Lilith is stuffed with a mix of polyfill and steel shot. She comes with her brand new costume jewelry necklace piece made from gold-tone metal and faux crystals (this is fully removable, and can be worn by you as well as I have not docked the chain at the back). She also has a petite gold bow by her ear, held in place with a silver pin (also fully removable and able to be re-positioned).
Lady Lilith is a one of a kind artist bear made by Emma's Bears.
~*~ Please Note that these bears are designed to be Adult Collectables and not intended for infants and young children due to small parts (eyes) and potential for damage (excessive limb twisting/ busted seams etc) – however child safe versions can be custom made and I would think that the bears would be fine with sensible, gentle children (yes – I am sure they exist!) Convo me if you have any concerns. ~*~
