Princess Carotine - 12" hand dyed mohair bear by Emmas Bears - OOAK

Princess Carotine is such a quirky little lady. She has actually been made from mohair hand-dyed using purple carrot pigment! She is made out of two styles of mohair - a long pile wispy fur, and a shorter dense fur. (Please note that the actual shade of purple is hard to capture, and does change depending on how the light hits the fur - as you can see in the many purples picked up in her photos) 

Princess Carotine looks out of petite black glass eyes and has a hand embroidered baby pink nose. She is fully T-pin jointed and stuffed well with polyfill and bead shot. Her fingers and toes have been 3D shaped and shaded with silk-dye. She also features some inktense rouge to her cheeks and heals. 

Princess Carotine is an unusual design with her fluffy head and body, short rounded belly and faux pearl bead 'belly-button'. This bead matches in with her fully removable pink princess crown adorned with more faux pearls and her pink chunky beaded necklace strung on elastic (also fully removable). 

Princess Carotine is a one of a kind artist bear. 

~*~ Please Note that these bears are designed to be Adult Collectables and not intended for infants and young children due to small parts (eyes) and potential for damage (excessive limb twisting/ busted seams etc) – however child safe versions can be custom made and I would think that the bears would be fine with sensible, gentle children (yes – I am sure they exist!)
